Mothballed Columbia Pacific Bio-Refinery goes back to ethanol roots

In Washington state, Global Partners’ terminal at Port Westward, known as Columbia Pacific Bio-Refinery, is going back to its ethanol roots and has begun receiving shipments of ethanol.
