The German company SternEnzym developed a sugar industry’s new multi – enzyme , according to ” Ingredients Network ” . A processing formula to raw materials containing starch and dextran , that works for refined  and raw sugar, produced from beet and sugarcane, are designed to increase the yield and optimize quality on sugar crystals . Besides improving clarification of the juice and and increase its durability , reducing production costs significantly.
