E5 biofuel sales in Vietnam misses gov’t sales targets

In Vietnam, despite great efforts of governments, fuel retailers still have not managed to blend enough ethanol to achieve the E5 mandate.

E5 was supposed to be mandatory in the country’s major cities, starting this June, but higher prices have discouraged drivers from using the biofuel.
