Last March, the average contract value of raw sugar, number 11, in the first position, was 12.84 cents per pound. A year earlier, in March 2014, the same contract had averaged 17.58 cents per pound, up 4.74 cents, or high of 36.9%.
The average of last March only lost to the same month in 2007, when it stood at 10.37 cents per pound.
28 years ago, in March 1989, the contract 11 had an average of 11.82.
