The two sugarcane plants of Ruette Group, located in the Brazilian state São Paulo, will be officially taken over by the Black River Investments fund, controlled by Cargill.

Black River will take over the two plants on the 31st of December, as the crop year ends.

The Ruette plant began operations in May 26, 1988 when they held their first crop, producing 15,266,026 liters of spirits.
After four seasons, it structured in its real goal, which had always been the production of ethanol. The company’s production is growing each season.
