Bunge exports 41,600 m3 of ethanol in a single ship
Bunge Brazil exported 41,600 cubic meters (m3) of hydrous ethanol in a single ship through the Port of Paranaguá (PR) in June.
According to the agribusiness company, it is the largest ethanol export operation in the country and a record for the Port of Paranaguá, which since 2009, does not register a ethanol shipment of this volume.
The ship, the Maltese flag followed headed for the Indian market and took four days to fully recharge.
The exported ethanol is used as raw material in the production of chemical composition for paints, concrete and fertilizers.
